Just to clear things up, because Seth Davis didn't seem so sure this afternoon, Virginia Tech is not going to the NCAA tournament. 

The Hokies, losers of six of their last seven, fell to Florida State today giving them a 7-9 conference record.  Their bad losses of Georgia, Seton Hall and Virginia strongly outweigh their one good win at home over Wake Forest.

In our minds this team never should have really been in the coversation (RPI of 59, 1-5 against RPI top 50), but a few other so-called experts wanted to keep them around. This shouldn't be the case any longer, they can play in that other tournament.
