In a press conference early Tuesday afternoon, Oklahoma Sooner Blake Griffin declared himself for the 2009 NBA Draft. There are a lot of GM's praying as we speak. Also giving up their remaining years of college eligibility today: Arizona's Chase Budinger and ASU's James Harden. Kentucky's Jodie Meeks and South Carolina's Devan Downey will test the waters, but not hire an agent.
