In one of the most exciting and nerve racking playoff series in recent memory (actually I guess we get treated to post-season drama quite regularly), the Celtics prevailed in another act of fine theater, taking a 3-2 series lead. With no Garnett or Powe, and no Ray Allen for the final minutes, the Celtics still forced overtime and kept many New Englanders eyes away from the Sox game.
And who says the NBA is boring?
