SFBE's 17 Most Memorable March Madness Moments*: Billy Packer

We are nine days away from the true start of the greatest playoff in all of American sports. Let's get primed for all the fun stuff by playing (and replaying) one video a day from a recent know, the best plays from our time, that our audience was likely alive to witness.

Before Mario Chalmers hit an epic three to force overtime against Memphis in the 2008 National Championship game, Kansas had to stomp on the souls of North Carolina Tar Heel fans everywhere.

He's not really a prophet, but Bill Packer was adamant the Jayhawks were going to advance, even with seven minutes left in the first half.  Jim Nantz, on auto-pilot, was awe-struck.
